At Nextbridge Media, we value our clients and strive to deliver high-quality services that meet agreed expectations. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which project cancellations and refunds are processed.


1. Service-Based Policy

As we provide customized, project-based services (including PR campaigns, website development, AI agents, social media management, Meta Ads, and eCommerce setups), all work is tailored to each client’s needs. For this reason, refunds are only applicable under the conditions stated below.


2. Cancellations

  • Before Project Start:
    If you cancel a project before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.
  • After Project Start:
    If the project has already commenced, a cancellation fee may apply to cover work completed up to the cancellation date. This will be deducted from the advance payment.
  • Ongoing Monthly Services:
    For services like social media management or performance marketing, you may cancel with a minimum of 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The project is completed and delivered as per the agreed scope.
  • Delays are caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, or materials on time.
  • The client changes the project scope mid-way without a separate written agreement.

4. Payment for Third-Party Costs

Payments made by Nextbridge Media on behalf of the client (e.g., ad spend, hosting, third-party tools, premium plugins) are non-refundable under any circumstances.


5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@nextbridge.media.com. We aim to process all eligible refunds within 7–14 business days.


6. Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises regarding service quality or deliverables, we will first attempt to resolve it through direct communication and reasonable revisions before considering a refund.
